Three of the ideas that Sam left us with are:
- We are not our thoughts: thoughts come, endure and pass – and we are not defined by them.
- Mindfulness is a faculty. It’s a capability that we can all develop.
- We can rewire and refocus our minds. To both identify habits that we want to change and to understand ourselves a little bit more.
